Deaf Reach

Through its partnership with Deaf Reach, Abdullah Foundation is opening doors to dignified employment for deaf individuals — training them across production and operations roles with workplace-ready skills that translate directly into the workforce.

NOWPDP

Through its partnership with NOWPDP, Abdullah Foundation has established a Centre of Excellence for Financial Inclusion in Lahore alongside a textile training facility — equipping persons with disabilities with market-relevant skills that enhance employability, independence, and entrepreneurship.

Rising Sun Institute

Abdullah Foundation and Rising Sun Institute work together to support visually impaired students from grade 9 through 12 — providing comprehensive scholarships covering therapy, transportation, learning materials, and extracurricular participation so students can focus fully on their education and prepare for higher studies.

Special Olympics

Through its partnership with Special Olympics, Abdullah Foundation sponsored female athletes with intellectual disabilities — providing full scholarships covering training, travel, and competition participation on an international stage.

Empowering deaf talent

Sapphire Finishing Mills was honoured with the 2023 Sustainability Award from the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) for its groundbreaking "Empowering Deaf Talent" initiative. The program was launched in 2020 in partnership with Deaf Reach and has:

Trained and employed over 300 deaf individuals
Enhanced the Pakistan Sign Language dictionary with textile-related terms
